With regard to training & development, managers need to ensure regularly that their teams are qualified to fulfil their job description and that they have the possibility to attend trainings for development purposes. This is just one area out of many when leading employees. Due to busy working days managers must be able to see all relevant information at a glance – in best case anytime and anywhere.

Therefore, Promerit has came up with the idea to provide customers with a dashboard which visualizes data from different areas of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System. In standard managers are able to run a couple of list reports which are not very handy. Our LMS Manager Dashboard shows aggregated data on the training progress oft he whole team (which required trainings are already completed by which employee? Which not? On which other topics are my employees currently developing?). Our experience shows that especially managers within the company need digital support in order to make faster decisions – why not providing this target group with dashboard applications via mobile!
