Research
When the idea has been nailed down, fine-tuned, and polished, it is time to subject her to evaluation based on peer reviews. This helps to ensure that any ideas that have a promising veneer but that are poorly thought out will be identified before resources, funding and time have been poured into them. This step tipically will be supported with a true interactive experience using click-dummies and prototypes to ensure valid results of the research and make sure you „fail as early as possible“.
Implementation
The ideas that survive the research process will be further developed and executed. The implementation is a step that is unique to your business. The implementation consists of many recurring steps, iterations alingside the agile solution development philosophy.
Solution
The roll-out of the idea with an overall change management and transition concept. The key to success is to listening to your people and understanding their change journey as you´d be the one primarily affected by.
